About this event

We are looking forward to having more people join us for worship at Beit Tikvah and are sure you are as well. We are cautiously updating our procedures as the State of Washington lifts restrictions. Below are some ways we are working to reduce the spread of Covid-19 while worshiping together in person.

  • Because of the limited number of people who can be onsite during this phase, advanced registration to attend service is required.
  • A tent has been purchased to provide outdoor seating for the worship service.
  • Everyone above the age of 5 years old is required to wear a face covering.
  • Chairs have been arranged in rows. Please sit with your household and keep at least one empty chair spacing between your household and others.
  • Hand-washing stations have been added to the sanctuary and fellowship hall buildings. Bathroom faucets and soap dispensers have been converted to touchless units.
  • Ultraviolet air purifiers have been added to the HVAC system in both buildings.
  • High-touch surfaces are sanitized frequently during services.
  • Children are to be supervised by their parents unless they are with the teachers during class time.
  • The playground will be open during oneg time, please supervise your children.
  • Attendees are asked to be aware of the signs of Covid-19 and asked not to attend if not feeling well.
  • Attendees are asked not to attend if they have been in direct contact with a Covid-19 positive individual in the past 14 days.
  • Attendees are asked to respect physical distancing, and refrain from handshaking or hugging.
  • We are resuming a modified oneg. You are encouraged to bring food from home and eat at the provided tables in the Tent.
  • Dance ministry is in the process of making plans to continue.
  • Children's classes have resumed for grades K-6 and Nursery Childcare has resumed for ages 5 and under.
  • The Beit Tikvah Campus closes at 4 pm on Shabbat.
